OUR ALL-ROUND HYGIENE CONCEPT
For your and our protection, we follow a sustainable hygiene concept.
Certified with the “CLEAN&SAVE” check. Despite the changes we assure you, our hospitality and cordiality is 100% the same.
HAND IN HAND
Together we take care of safety and health for everyone at the Parkhotel. Regular hand washing and disinfection is particularly important to us. We have installed disinfection dispensers in all hallways and at the entrance. All door handles and stair railings are disinfected several times a day throughout the building.
The staff is highly trained on current hygiene measures and standards are met with the utmost care. Regular disinfection and hygiene tours take place in all areas.
BRIGHT AND FRESH
With 1,5 m distance you can stay and enjoy in our bright winter garden. For your entire stay you have your own table, which is disinfected after each occupancy. The food is served by all our staff with mouth-nose protection, of course. We ask that you wear a mouth-nose guard at the breakfast buffet and use fresh grab tongs. We have filled many dishes in small jars for you. Regular cleaning and disinfection of all areas in our restaurant is a matter of course for us.
FEEL GOOD
For guaranteed hygiene and cleanliness, we work with a color system in housekeeping. Thus, we use only certain colors for different items (e.g. toilets). Each well-being room is disinfected by our clean fairies in important places (door handles, telephones, remote controls, light switches) during the daily cleaning and gets its own cleaning utensils, which are changed from room to room. Each arrival room is again specially and consistently checked before check-in with us and marked with a Clean&Safe door tag.
To maintain hygiene from guest to guest, we have taken all magazines, books, brochures from the rooms. Via a QR code you can browse through our Digital Guest Folder, with your own smartphone. Would you like to show our brochure to your friends? It is already waiting for you at the reception.
RELAXATION
Our relaxation team wears FFP2 masks during applications. All surfaces are disinfected even more extensively than before. The couch cushions are of course changed after each guest.
WARMTH
The entire Parkhotel team contributes to your safety with the mouth-nose protection. At our reception we have kept the view with plexiglass screens. We have adapted our greeting rituals: Instead of shaking hands, we greet you with a hearty laugh. All keys, pens or EC devices are freshly disinfected by our reception after each use.
